Our food is sourced from our gardens, local orchards and growers who deliver directly to our kitchen door. This produce is then handled by the culinary imagination of our award winning chef Denis Hagger. Furthermore chef conducts French cooking classes by prior arrangement. Contact us for more details.
At BH we believe the very best tasting food is local and responsibly grown. Using a pared back style of cooking chef strives to give diners the experience and immediacy of food served straight from the earth. Wherever possible we use locally grown and raised produce, seasonal of course.
In addition we have an extensive wine cellar showcasing some excellent local drops. There is also an eclectic mix of Australian, New Zealand, Italian and French wines bien entendu! available.
Dinner is served in the main house of an evening, focusing on locally grown organic produce in a pared back style.
